Introduction to KYA
The Kwale Youth Assembly (KYA) is a dynamic, non-partisan, youth-initiated and driven social platform established to address the needs and aspirations of the youth and the wider community in Kwale County. Founded in 2019, KYA aims to foster good governance, enhance service delivery, and ensure youth participation in policy formulation and decision-making processes.
KYA is currently undergoing a rebranding initiative to usher in the second generation of leaders. This rebranding signifies a renewed commitment to empowering the youth of Kwale County and creating a more inclusive and impactful organization. We invite you to join us on this exciting journey by liking, following, sharing, subscribing, and commenting on our platforms. Stay tuned for updates and opportunities to get involved.
Supported by esteemed organizations such as The Oslo Center, Vänsterns Internationella Forum, USAID, the European Union in Kenya, UNDP Kenya, the Kwale County Government, and many others, KYA is dedicated to making a substantial impact in the community.
